These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Instant Courier & Logistics website and any courier or cargo shipping services booked through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person. By using our website or booking a shipment with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Instant Courier & Logistics (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”) provides domestic courier delivery within Pakistan and international cargo shipping to over 190 countries worldwide.

2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law

3. Booking a Shipment
When you book a courier or cargo shipment with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete sender, receiver, and shipment details
- Accurately declare the contents, weight, and value of your shipment
- Ensure the shipment complies with our Prohibited & Restricted Items policy (Section 5)
- Pay the applicable shipping charges as quoted
A booking is confirmed only once accepted by our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion — for example, where the item is prohibited, the destination is unserviceable, or documentation is incomplete.
4. Shipping Rates & Payment
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type, and will be confirmed to you before dispatch.
- Pay the way that works for you, cash on pickup, bank transfer, or online payment, with clear pricing and no hidden charges.
- For international cargo, additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges may apply at the destination country and are the responsibility of the receiver unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to hold a shipment until payment is received in full.
5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
You must not send any item that is illegal, dangerous, or prohibited by Pakistani law, international shipping regulations, airline restrictions, or the laws of the destination country. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal drugs or narcotics
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Flammable, hazardous, or radioactive materials
- Counterfeit goods
- Perishable items not properly packaged (subject to service availability)
- Cash, precious metals, or items of extreme value not disclosed at booking
We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or return any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items, and are not liable for any resulting delay, cost, or loss. Sending prohibited items may result in the shipment being seized by customs or authorities, for which we bear no responsibility.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes provided at booking are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:
- Customs clearance and inspections
- Weather conditions
- Airline or carrier delays
- Incomplete or incorrect address/contact information
- Force majeure events (Section 10)
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay via WhatsApp or the contact details provided at booking.
7. Tracking & Status Updates
We do not currently provide live, automated online shipment tracking. Shipment status updates are provided manually by our team, primarily via WhatsApp. You can contact us at any time for an update on your shipment.
8. Liability & Claims
- We handle every shipment with care, but our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment as stated at the time of booking, unless additional insurance was purchased.
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by inaccurate declared contents, inadequate packaging by the sender, prohibited items, customs seizure, or force majeure events.
- Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the expected delivery date, along with supporting evidence (photos, invoices, etc.).
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as loss of business or loss of profit) arising from delayed or failed delivery.
9. Cancellations & Returns
- Shipments may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly; cancellation after pickup or dispatch may not be possible and applicable charges may still apply.
- Undeliverable shipments (e.g. due to incorrect address or refused receipt) may be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government action, customs delays, war, civil unrest, or disruption to airline or transport networks.
11. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Instant Courier & Logistics unless otherwise stated, and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
